About Me and the Origins of SAR (Succeed-Achieve-Reward) Personal Development and Life Coaching

Hello and welcome to the website for my coaching business, SAR - Succeed, Achieve, Reward.
I am Sarah Birch and I graduated from the University of Roehampton in 1993 with a BSc Honours degree in Psychology (Major)  and Sociology.  I then went on to develop a career in Social Services working with a variety of service users.  After having my daughter in 1999 I took time out of my career to raise my young family and after having my son in 2002 returned to work in the International Eating Disorders Unit in Aylesbury as a cognitive behavioural therapist.

After moving to the Cotswolds in 2006, I worked for the local NHS Mental Health Team then I decided that the best way to achieve a good work/life/family balance was to become self employed and look at running my own business.  I set up Hasyhome in 2007, a decluttering business, assisting people in decluttering their homes in order to enable them to achieve clarity in their lives.  I felt deeply fulfilled when clients were coming back to me expressing how liberated they felt and how life changing it was to eliminate their hoards so I decided to sign up for a diploma in life coaching as an extension to my existing qualifications and experience.  I completed my Life Coaching Diploma in 2011 with Oxford College and have been coaching ever since.  I recommend an initial consultation to establish what coaching can do for you and how we can proceed in order to enable you to live the life you want to live and to be your 'best self'.
